5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Orders are typically fulfilled within 3–4 business days, unless otherwise stated.

Subscription orders are billed automatically based on the selected delivery frequency. You can manage, pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime through the Manage My Subscription portal.

7. Refunds & Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order (e.g., wrong item, damaged product), please contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to resolve it.
